The popular Los Angeles based Element Band returns to The Alex Theatre with a 12 member ensemble just in time for the holidays. Band director Ara Dabandjian promises an evening of fun filled Armenian music with a sprinkle of the Christmas spirit. Element Band’s unique signature embodies the essence of world music. The band’s distinctive arrangements preserve and popularize traditional Armenian songs by infusing each piece with large-bodied vocals and contemporary sounds.
