Glendale Community College—a cornerstone of academic excellence in Glendale—annually designates April as Armenian Genocide Commemoration and Heritage Month. During this time, GCC not only honors the victims and advocates for justice but also celebrates the resilience, life, and rich heritage of the Armenian people through cultural events.

The Armenian Kids Festival is honored to collaborate with Glendale Community College in presenting a heartfelt tribute to Armenian culture—one that interweaves memory, history, language, and enduring traditions. This vibrant culture sustained the Armenian people through the horrors of genocide and continues to evolve, empowering generations to live, create, and thrive.

The Armenian Musical Legacy Concert offers a unique journey through Armenian folk, classical, and contemporary compositions, performed by renowned musicians. This concert will highlight various periods and styles of Armenian music, offering a deeper understanding of its rich evolution and contributions to world culture, all while fostering cross-cultural connection.

We invite you to step into the soul of Armenia-where music is more than sound; it is breath, prayer, and heartbeat. Experience an unforgettable evening with masterful performances by some of the finest Armenian musicians across genres.

Join us on April 29th at Glendale Community College’s Auditorium for an evening of remembrance and renewal. Together, we’ll honor the victims of the Genocide and celebrate the unbreakable spirit of the Armenian people through art, culture, and the universal language of music.

Admission is free. Refreshments will be served.

Special thanks to the Armenian Genocide Commemoration Committee representatives Carla Ruiz and ARPI AMIRIAN.
