Lilit Gevorgyan is a Senior Economist at IHS Global Insight, a UK-based business intelligence company. She specialises in political, economic and sovereign risk issues in Russia and former Soviet states, including Armenia. Ms Gevorgyan is a regular contributor to major media outlets and regularly publishes on former Soviet and Eastern European countries.
