Sharing Warmth One Gift at a Time
Let's all come together as a St. John community to prepare warm socks and McDonald's gift cards for those in need.
These items will be prepared by YOU - our parishioners, Sunday School children, ACYO young adults, and others from the St. John family. Everyone will have the opportunity to take the socks and gift cards home and personally give to those you see in need whenever the opportunity arises.
Pizza and salad will be served.
What's Happening:
• Wrap Warm Socks and McDonald's gift cards - with loving and spiritual sayings
• Distribute with Love - take these home and personally share them with those experiencing homelessness, by showing kindness and compassion
• Make a Difference - these small tokens can offer comfort, warmth, a hot meal, and a reminder that someone cares
• Everything will be supplied - warm socks, gift cards, paper wraps, scissors, etc. You are welcome to bring new, warm socks too, as giving is contagious
