Aram KHACHATURIAN - 120th Anniversary Concert

Join this concert in celebration of world-known Armenian composer Aram Khachaturian’s 120th Anniversary. This will feature the UK premiere of orchestral suite “Khachatriana” – a medley of parts from the Gayane, Masquerade and Spartacus ballets, performed by Klingen Chamber Orchestra under the baton of conductor Sipan Olah 🎼. The concert will also feature solo pieces performed by well-known musicians Ani Batikian - Violinist – violin🎻, Polina Sharafyan – violin🎻, Yulia Chaplina – piano🎹, Maria Palazian – piano🎹, Jack Hagop Mouradian – oboe🎷, and Hayarpi Yeghikyan – soprano🎶, Sipan Olah – tenor🎶. Choral pieces will be performed by the Klingen Choir with maestro Sipan Olah. Concert presenter is Joanne Zorian.
At the concert hall Armenian Community Council will have a donation box to help Armenians who fled Artsakh and your donations will be highly appreciated.
This concert has been organised by the Klingen Choir and Cultural Association, under the auspices of the Embassy of Armenia in the United Kingdom and the ACCUK-Armenian Community Council of the UK.
