On Thursday, August 23, we're proud to host Armen Keteyian, one of the finest investigative journalists in the country.
During the course of the evening, Keteyian will share insight into his professional career as well as his New York Times best-selling biography on Tiger Woods. He most recently spent 12 years as a network television correspondent for CBS News based in New York and is also a longtime contributing correspondent to “60 Minutes.”
During the course of his distinguished career, Keteyian has covered the plight of black quarterbacks in the NFL, the Penn State child abuse sex scandal, the NFL concussion settlement and profiled acclaimed Alabama Crimson Tide head football coach Nick Saban for “60 Minutes.” In another piece that aired on “60” he broke the story of the state-sponsored doping system used by dozens of Russian athletes in the 2014 Winter Olympics.
Keteyian has written or co-written 11 books including “Tiger Woods,” a critically-acclaimed No. 1 New York Times best-selling biography, as well as “The System,” the NYT best-selling expose of big-time college football. Keteyian earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from San Diego State University where he started as an infielder on the baseball team. He and his wife of 38 years, Dede, live in Connecticut and California.
