Dr. Benyamin Poghosyan, researches Armenian foreign policy and South Caucasus geopolitics. He has served as director for the Institute for National Strategic Studies at the Armenian Ministry of Defense, lecturer at the Russian-Armenian University, and research fellow at the Armenian Studies Center of Yerevan State University. With a PhD in history for the Armenian National Academy of Sciences and a certificate in International Security Studies from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, he has authored more than 250 academic papers and op-eds.
