We want to promote the Armenian community in Romania, on a national scale, through symbolic forms of identity and, at the same time, a tribute to a great Romanian graphic artist and caricaturist of Armenian origin, Hacik (Cik) Damadian. The competition is open to individuals with Romanian citizenship or foreign citizens, regardless of nationality, race, sex or religion, over 18 years of age on the date of application. The theme of our contest is: " from Armenian humour” . As many cartoonists as possible are expected!
