Our annual Feast of the Presentation of The Lord to the Temple is being observed this St. Valentine's Day on Feb 14th at 10am. Led by Fr. Simeon Odabashian, the Presentation of Jesus marks the first time Jesus visited the temple in Jerusalem with his parents, Mary and Joseph following the Purification of Mary, which was ordered by the Mosaic Law to take place approximately 40 days after giving birth. This historical event also marks the Meeting of the Testaments, both Old and New, as Jesus enters the ancient temple. More details can be found at stvartan.org.
