Dear all,
The manifestation on Place d’Armes in Luxembourg on the 6th October served its mission to raise awareness about the horrific military attacks on Artsakh and Armenia.
Hours ago it was announced that on the 12th October (Monday) at the European Convention Center (address: 4 Place de l'Europe, 1499 Luxembourg) at 09:00 AM there will be a DEBATE at the Council of the European Union, where the Foreign Ministers of the EU countries will also discuss and debate recent developments in Artsakh. Needless to talk about the importance of being present in front of the European Convention Center in Luxembourg with as many as we can on Monday starting from 08.30 AM, with the same peaceful, silent, civilised presence and with even more targeted messages (posters) which will be provided (please, do not bring any with you)!
And this time we, the Armenians in Luxembourg, are going to inform our compatriots in the neighbouring countries and in the EU in general to join us. Unity is an incredible force which is crucial in times like these.
❗Since this is authorized protest there will be Police present for security reasons.
❗We count on your maximum peaceful behaviour not to be subjected to possible provocations.
❗Please bring with you flags of Armenia and Artsakh.
❗No need of bringing posters. Posters will be printed and distributed.
❗Spreading the information is appreciated and welcomed among Armenians and non-Armenians.
❗Face coverings and social distancing will be required and strictly enforced at this peaceful protest to avoid the spread of COVID-19 and to keep participants safe
