Commemoration of the 110th Anniversary of Armenian Genocide
The 24 April Committee of the Federation of Armenian Organisations in the Netherlands (FAON) has the honour to invite you to attend the commemoration evening marking the 110th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide. This year's commemoration theme is youth and the importance of genocide education.
Speakers will include: H.E. Mr. Viktor Biyagov, Ambassador of Armenia, Don Ceder, Member of Parliament (ChristenUnie), Sinan Can, Documentary Maker, Dirk Roodzant, Historian.
The musical program will feature performances of Armenian music a.o. by soprano singer Milena Beglarya and the youth choir and solists of the Armenian Cultural Association Abovian.
The commemoration is organised under the auspices of the Embassy of Armenia in the Netherlands.
