The Cultural Committee of St. Thomas presents “Khatchkar Master Class.” Narine Poladian, Armenia’s first female Khatchkar carver, will be at St. Thomas on October 11-13 to teach Khatchkar (Armenian Cross Stone) carving. You’ll learn to carve traditional Armenian patterns on a small piece of Armenian tuff (volcanic) stone that you can take home. Two Sessions: Friday, October 11 at 7:30pm and Sunday, October 13 at 2pm. Each session is limited to 15 people. Pleas reserve early! Donation $70pp. Open to all adults and youth over 12 years.
