26th Euro Armenian Games to take place in Geneva in April 2026

The Armenian Union of Switzerland (UAS) has announced the 26th edition of the Euro Armenian Games (EAG), which will be held in Geneva from April 3 to 6, 2026. The event will once again bring together Armenian athletes and delegations from across Europe for a celebration of sport, unity, and shared heritage.

Registrations will be open from December 1, 2025 to January 15, 2026, with a limited number of participants. A first payment of 50% is due by January 15, while the remaining balance must be paid by February 28, 2026. All participants must register through an official Armenian organization in their respective cities, as individual registrations will not be accepted.

A rich and festive program

The Euro Armenian Games will take place over four days, combining sports competitions with cultural and social events.

Friday, April 3 – arrival and welcome

Participants will arrive in Geneva and complete their registration at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, followed by hotel check-in. A guided tour of the city will be organized in the afternoon for early arrivals. The day will conclude with a meeting of delegation representatives and a free evening.

Saturday, April 4 – tournament opening and celebration

Sports competitions will begin at the Bout-du-Monde Stadium.

In the evening, participants will gather at the Crowne Plaza Hotel for a festive buffet dinner and dance party, animated by a well-known Armenian DJ. This evening traditionally offers a lively and friendly atmosphere, bringing together athletes and guests in a spirit of celebration.

Sunday, April 5 – finals and gala evening

The final matches of the tournament will take place during the day, along with an optional Easter Sunday Mass in the morning.

In the afternoon, the closing and award ceremony will honor the winning teams and participants.

The evening will feature a gala dinner with a seated three-course meal and live Armenian music, creating a warm and elegant setting to conclude the Games.

Monday, April 6 – departures

Participants will check out of their hotels by noon.
